Reviewer Guideline

After the preliminary evaluation by the Atlantis International Journal of History Editorial Board, the articles are evaluated through a blind review system in which at least two reviewers who are experts in their fields contribute.

During this process, the names of the author(s) and reviewers are strictly kept confidential, and all phrases that may identify the author are camouflaged in the text and file name.
The reviewers's acceptance  (15 days)and evaluation period (15 days) is a total of 30 days. This period may be extended for a further fifteen days. The reviewers who accept the article sent to them evaluate the articles on issues such as originality, method, contribution to the field, evaluation of the findings, and make a decision about the article as "acceptance", "rejection", "publishable after corrections (I want to see it after corrections/I don't want it)". If one of the reviewers reports is rejected, the article can be sent to another reviewer who is an expert in the field.
